Mr. Cerdas is a Mexican businessman who founded Global Businesses Inc. in 2002, and CRDS Holdings in 2016. He was also the co-founder of Cobra Development Fund in 2018. All are leading Real Estate companies in Mexico that generate more than 1,000 direct jobs. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering by Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Management by the IPADE. He is a graduate of the University of Stanford’s Construction, Engineering, and Management program. He stands out in the business environment, as his strategic approach is that companies should be at the service of people, families, and the communities where they are established. Mr. Cerdas considers that organizational talent is the core added value of any company regardless of its size, segment or industry; thus, providing them with a unique competitive advantage.
