He collaborates with financial institutions of varying sizes and specialties in the design and implementation of risk management solutions. Eduardo has an outstanding record of realizing client objectives through high-quality engagements in the areas of credit risk methodologies, internal risk rating systems, model validation, stress testing, and CECL. Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Eduardo worked at Promontory Financial Group, Mizuho Bank, and the World Bank. He holds an MS in Economics from the University of Essex and a BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University.
