    Eduardo Alves is a Director and an analytical leader in the Credit Risk Solutions group of S&P Global Market Intelligence. He collaborates with financial institutions of varying sizes and specialties in the design and implementation of risk management solutions. Eduardo has an outstanding record of realizing client objectives through high-quality engagements in the areas of credit risk methodologies, internal risk rating systems, model validation, stress testing, and CECL. Prior to S&P Global Market Intelligence, Eduardo worked at Promontory Financial Group, Mizuho Bank, and the World Bank. He holds an MS in Economics from the University of Essex and a BA in International Affairs and Economics from The George Washington University.

    Jordan Suppan is a Managing Director at Leste focusing on originating and executing structured real estate credit investments. Mr. Suppan also serves as Managing Partner of Lendmarq, which was recently acquired by Leste. Lendmarq is a credit platform focused on deploying capital in the residential transitional loan space as well as small balance commercial real estate loans. Mr. Suppan has over 12 years of real estate and structured finance experience, having worked Fortress Investment Group's industrial platform, Florida East Coast Industries, Wellington Management and JP Morgan's large loan CMBS team, in addition to having started several real estate entrepreneurial ventures. He graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.

    Mark Fitzpatrick has over 20 years experience working with family offices and wealth management firms to build portfolios within alternative strategies. Mark is a co-founder of Glide Capital, which was created in 2015 to assist family offices and wealth managers to more efficiently build portfolios within private credit and other alternative strategies.

    With over two decades of experience in real estate, Bill Bymel has become known as a pioneer in the distressed debt space by creating a new paradigm for dealing with delinquent borrowers on residential real estate. His strategies and experiences personally overseeing the resolution of $250 million of NPL since 2009 are illustrated in Bill’s book WIN WIN REVOLUTION. Bill spent the last decade as a Senior Director, Signatory at Spurs Capital, a leading mortgage investment firm based in New York City. He recently founded First Lien Capital LP with a focus on NPL opportunities in both residential and small balance commercial real estate. As a Partner in Retail Sites International, a 40-year-old commercial real estate advisory firm based in South Florida, Bill’s clients included McDonalds, BJ’s Brewhouse, Darden Restaurants, and Family Dollar Stores. RSI Asset Management, founded in 2009, acts as a third-party asset and property manager for private equity funds or family offices that invest in Florida. He is a graduate of New York University, currently residing in Beverly Hills, California.
