Keven Lindemann is a Senior Director of Global Real Estate at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, Keven is responsible for Real Estate solutions including leading research and data covering the global REIT markets. Keven is a regular, cited resource on Capital Markets at universities in the U.S. and abroad.
Prior to joining the organization, Keven worked for BB&T Capital Markets as an equity research analyst following REITs and for the Trammell Crow Company. Keven holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations. He has degrees from the University of Virginia and the University of Denver.
