Dominic oversees day-to-day operations at Samara Alpha and is integral in all investment decisions. With more than 20 years in financial services, his expertise lies in devising tools and strategies to source investments with high optionality, most recently as Managing Director of Iconic USA. Previously, Dominic had run a high-tech focused startup accelerator and has held buyside positions at D.B. Zwirn as well as Marin Capital, credit hedge fund trading desks. He began his career as senior analyst at Thomson Financial, followed by Moody’s Investors Service. Dominic earned a BA from Brown University with a double concentration in Economics and Organizational Behavior and Management.
