Mr. Patel joined DW in April 2017. Prior to joining DW, Mr. Patel spent 3 years at Fortress Investment Group, where he executed opportunistic commercial real estate debt and equity investments across all asset classes. Prior to joining Fortress, Mr. Patel was at PCCP LLC, focused on executing transitional, floating rate, debt investments and value add equity investments in commercial real estate. He has a BS from Rutgers University (2013).
