Cross Moceri is a co-founder and principal of Presidium. Cross began his real estate investment career in 2003, focusing on multifamily investments in the southern United States. Cross is primarily responsible for development, capital formation, acquisitions, financial structuring, master planning and portfolio oversight. Over the past decade, Cross has spearheaded more than $3 billion of real estate investments. Prior to co-founding Presidium, Cross spent 6 years practicing corporate law with Milbank Tweed in Los Angeles. Cross holds a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame in Philosophy, and J.D. from the University of Michigan.
