Ukraine is currently in the midst of a war against Russia that started in February of 2022. Throughout the duration of the war, Ukraine has received significant financial support from its western allies to keep their struggle for independence alive. Earlier this year, Ukraine introduced war bonds as a way for investors to show their support. So far, they have been able to raise about 2 billion dollars through this domestic program.
