Pythagoras Token Fund engages long/short strategies in crypto markets. The Fund uses technical analysis long used by CTAs and managed futures in commodity markets, applied to crypto markets. Since the crypto markets are dominated by retail investors, herd mentality is omnipresent, which is ideal for momentum trading. The goal is to capture a portion of the beta of bitcoin in rising markets, and to go short in bear markets to produce absolute returns in both rising and falling markets. The goal is to produce a good return portfolio under certain limited risk level.
