I intend to present data on various macro-economic, commercial real estate and commercial real estate finance conditions that have been impacted by COVID-19. Some of the variables have held up well, while others represent an emerging risk to the economic recovery. The intent is to provide a data-rich discussion on various economic and commercial real estate conditions.

  • How is this downturn different compared to other recessions?
  • Is the economy recovering?
  • Are financial conditions hindering the recovery?
  • How is commercial real estate faring?
  • What will be some of the longer term impacts on commercial real estate
