The economy and commercial real estate sector have encountered severe stress due to circumstances associated with the pandemic. Now that uncertainty regarding the health solution is being reduced and the economy is reopening, are we about to see the light at the end of the tunnel for CRE?

  • The economic recovery appears to be picking up steam, how much further do we have to go before reaching pre-pandemic levels?
  • The Retail and Hospitality Sectors have been greatly challenged by the pandemic. Now, Office appears to be joining that list. What are the dynamics impacting CRE? Are they permanent?
  • The anticipated wave of distress has not materialized to date. Why? When is it going to happen?
  • 10YR Treasury yields have risen recently. What is driving that dynamic? Will it impact CRE Cap Rates?
