Greater uncertainty and high inflation in a rising-rate environment make the future path of commercial real estate fundamentals and values more challenging to understand. Please join the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta for a 60-minute webinar. The Atlanta Fed's Supervision, Regulation, and Credit (SRC) Division is introducing a real estate webinar series with our residential and commercial real estate experts, who will share their market insights, industry perspectives, and data analytics and tools. Our webinar features Brian Bailey, commercial real estate subject matter expert, who will discuss current conditions and trends in commercial real estate as well as the potential risks that lie ahead as the market emerges from COVID's impact. Brian will also share findings from the Atlanta Fed's Commercial Real Estate Momentum Index (CREMI) and highlights from recent articles about CREMI. You can subscribe to receive CREMI update alerts.
