Mr. Lotito began his career in 1980,with the Wall Street firm of First Investors Corp. From 1982 to 1987 he was a Senior Vice President at Kurtz Liebow & Co.

Mr. Kos joins Revolution Leasing Administration as its Chief Alternative Investment Officer. As such Mr. Kos is responsible for guiding our firm through the day to day market dynamics and consulting to our marketing staffs and as liaison to Institutional investors, Family Offices and High Net Worth individuals. Mr. Kos has over thirty years of experience in the institutional investment management business advising plan sponsors, insurance companies, family offices, asset managers and consultants on investment management and trading issues. He currently sits on various investment committees and serves as a Chief Investment Officer for Endowments and Foundations directing their global investment strategies. Mr. Kos currently is CEO and Founder of Kos Consultants. Prior to founding Kos Consultants, Mr. Kos spent eight years on Wall Street providing investment management services as a Vice President at Salomon Brothers, Managing Director at Bear Stearns.
