Co-Founders at upcoming ABC Technology Forum

(MIAMI – April 15, 2019) — The two co-founders and business strategy directors of Token IQ, an on-demand ledger platform designed to enhance transparency, safety and access for securities and other asset transactions, will address the Second Annual Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Forum 2019 in Hollywood, FL., the Florida Association for Alternative Investments announced today.

“For many years, the investment community has sought ways to streamline the process and reduce the cost of raising capital,” said Michael Corcelli, founder and chairman of FLAIA. “Moreover, regulators have sought to find better methods of communication to police new offerings.”

Now in its second year, the ABC Forum will draw asset managers, entrepreneurs, investors and global thought leaders who want information on the latest market developments in the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning, as well as security token offerings, big data and prediction markets, trading and investing in cryptocurrencies, cybersecurity and smart contracts.

The two-day ABC Forum conference, to be conducted April 30-May 1, is located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino.

Besides Dyo, conference participants will hear from Mark Vange, Token IQ’s chairman and co-founder. Vange, who will deliver a keynote address, has extensive experience in cloud-based delivery of mobile and social products and has formed several companies.

Phillip Silitschanu, Token IQ’s director of strategic relationships, will participate in a panel discussion. Widely quoted in major financial publications, he has engaged in several years of strategic consulting in investment management product development and distribution, financial services, capital markets and software systems.

The Token IQ executive team notes that as the pace of fundraising through ICO has now surpassed venture capital funding globally, “most issuers are hoping to use ICO funds to build real companies. But the actual process of accessing public markets may have been done without any regard for applicable laws, or by paying lip service to working around the law while blatantly violating it.
